Evolve is a 12-month coaching programme designed for people who want to experience change or implement changes with expert support over a longer term. This is ideal for anyone starting a new role, dealing with a recent promotion, or wanting a longer-term focus on personal development to see results.
During this time, you can get real-time support with your changes and challenges. You can work through these and discuss and redefine the next steps to achieve your goals.
The 12-month period allows you to deal with hurdles as they arise and live the changes with guidance, and support toward success.
What is included:
- 12 x 1-1 coaching sessions via video call:
- Each coaching session is 60-minutes (one per month for 12 months)
- Email support for the 12-month duration
A payment of £105 per month (x 12 months)
